What is the 3DSecure?
3D Secure is a free online security service created to help you guard your card from unauthorized use. 3-D Secure adds an authentication step for online payments, which can consist of a PIN code, a password... Depending on the bank issuing your card.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Between 24 and 72 hours (working days) after the payment is done for shipments to Spain and Portugal, islands not included (on weekdays).
For shipments to the rest of the World, between 2 and 5 days depending on the selected service.
We will receive your payment automatically if you pay by card or PayPal. If you choose to pay by transfer, please note that we will not receive your payment automatically. We can only prepare and ship your order once we receive your payment.

Which is our delivery company?
NACEX to Spain and Portugal. UPS to the rest of the world.
Mondial Relay (InPost), delivery to the collection point available in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.
The delivery company will try to deliver the parcel several times. If after several atempts they are unable to deliver the parcel, and this is caused by the recipient, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case we will deduct the delivery and return costs from the refund.

How much do I pay for the shipment?
Our website will automatically calculate your shipping costs. They are reduced to the minimum, as we don t want your purchase to be more expensive because of the shipping costs.

Can I return the purchase?
Yes, within 60 days. As long as it hasn't been used.
The product must be unused, in the same conditions as at the time of purchase, with the labels attached, with the original packaging intact, and in the case of helmets not having unsealed the visor.
We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
In Europe we collect the product by our transport.
Outside of Europe, the client must send us the package by his own means.

Can I make a change in size?

Both return shipping and delivery of the exchanged item will be charged to the customer.
